After I posted my last message, I didn’t expect to receive such an outpouring of support and I’m genuinely moved. I had no idea how many people would relate to it.
It filled my heart with gratitude for all the beautiful souls who felt me, reached out and shared their own perspectives. I will reply to all of the emails, I promise.
Your kindness reminded me that what I was feeling isn’t something dark or gloomy it’s simply a stage in life, part of the journey we all go through.
I’ve been given a few new ways of looking at it and I’ll be reflecting more on this.
I’ll share an update soon — because sometimes, all it takes is a shift in perspective to find a little light.
