Every so often, a message reminds me how deeply a connection can touch us. A gentleman with a beautiful soul wrote this letter after our time together and I was moved by his honesty about tenderness, vulnerability and the freedom to be fully himself. To be trusted with those feelings is a precious gift. His words speak to something I have always believed: the most meaningful encounters stay with us long after we part.

Some moments stay with us, occasionally, someone gives them back to us as poetry. A wonderful man wrote these verses for me and kindly gave me permission to share them here.
