Travel Arrangements
To ensure every journey is thoughtfully planned, I kindly ask for between 5 and 10 days’ notice for all travel engagements.
A 50% deposit, together with the cost of travel arrangements, is required to secure our reservation. The remaining balance is due one week prior to departure.
Travel engagements do not include accommodation, dining, transportation, visas, airfare, or any other travel-related expenses unless otherwise agreed in advance.
To ensure I am always at my best and able to fully enjoy our time together, I kindly require a minimum of eight hours of uninterrupted rest each night.
